The company was controlled from 2002 by Master Holding Group Inc. (FL,USA), a found of Private Equity USA.
The negotiation has been coordinated by Massimo Di Terlizzi of Studio Pirola, Pennuto, Zei & associated in Milano for Master Holding and by Carlo Saccaro of Studio Giordano in Padova for the buyers.
